Could you benefit from addressing an organizational challenge related to the expansion of your company's operations in foreign countries? In this course, teams of students in Global Business Management will address your organization's international expansion strategy. By the end of the course, recommendations and findings will be delivered to your organization.

The final deliverable will be agreed on by the educator and partnering organization but generally includes:
- A final presentation on findings and recommendations
- A comprehensive final report
Project Examples
In teams of 3-4, students will work with you to develop a global business strategy to help your organization solve a problem of your choosing, and to identify and respond to new opportunities.
The capstone component of this program is an applied project occurring in the fourth semester. Under the supervision of faculty mentors, students tackle actual international business projects that require real solutions. These projects provide opportunities for students to gain relevant global business experience.

- International Marketing Plans
- International Trade Research
- International Org. Structure
- Developing an international organizational structure
- Adjusting products modifications to fit regulating cultural differences
- Sourcing of Suppliers

Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
A representative of the company will be available 1 hour a week to connect with students on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the faculty of the course to review the project scope.
