Strategies will include intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.

Project Examples
Requirements
Students will work together to interview staff, supervisors and management to determine individual and team goals. Using those goals, students will create a plan to improve motivation.
This project may include, but is not limited to:
- Developing extrinsic motivational strategies such as rewards, bonuses, time-off, etc;
- Developing intrinsic motivational strategies such as viewpoints and perspectives;
- Developing language guides to help supervisors and management teams maintain motivation.
The resulting content produced by students can be used to improve employee engagement, motivation and retention.
