This project is designed to provide your business with the knowledge and skills to host your own virtual front desk for reception or customer service.

Project Examples

Requirements

Students will assist your team member(s) on how to set up virtual space on an online meeting platform such as Skype, WebEx or Zoom. Students will provide an orientation to your selected platform to train your team members on its operation and best practices.

This project may include, but is not limited to:

  • An introduction to virtual office space;
  • Creation of virtual office space.

The resulting content produced by students and your team members can be used as a virtual front desk or customer service desk. This will add personalization and the opportunity for your customers to see and speak with your team members.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

    Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
